8 We make this classic even more awesome with smoked pork belly bits and parmesan dusted croutons.

Pulled Pork

12 Slowly smoked pulled pork topped with fresh coleslaw and dill pickles.

Texas Style Brisket

12 Hand cut, thick brisket dry rubbed then smoked low and slow for 14 hours.

Corned Beef Brisket

12 Thinly sliced, carefully brined, then dry rubbed. We pile this sucker high.

Mains

Each main comes with choice of 2 sides.

*St. Louis Sparerib

16/23 Smoky, rich and succulent with just a bit of chew. Half-rack or full.

Baby Back Ribs

25 Meaty, moist & fork tender. These ribs fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.

Smoked Half Chicken

15 Rubbed with spices and slowly smoked with apple wood.

Smoked Fish

18 Weekly catch smoked and finished with your choice of sauce.

*Smoked Vegetarian

13 A heaping amount of seasonal vegetables slowly smoked and lightly seasoned. Your mom would be proud of you.

*Pulled Pork

14 A gargantuan pile of slowly smoked pulled pork.

*Texas Style Brisket

15 Hand cut, thick brisket dry rubbed then smoked low and slow for 14 hours.
